What will the therapy process involve?

The first few sessions will focus on understanding your difficulties and identifying your goals for therapy. Together, we will develop a shared understanding of the problem and agree on a treatment plan.

Once the assessment is complete, we will decide on the most appropriate evidence-based therapy approach. Depending on your needs, sessions may involve learning new coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, or working to change longstanding patterns that are keeping you stuck.

Therapy requires commitment and can sometimes feel challenging. We will work collaboratively throughout and always proceed at a pace that feels manageable for you.

The best way out is always through.
